Alphacon Capital provides private commercial lending secured against Australian property, for genuine commercial and investment purposes to companies and trusts. This site is not directed at, and must not be used by, individuals seeking consumer or personal credit. Alphacon Capital is not a party to the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP) and does not hold an Australian Credit Licence.

9. The $1,000 term sheet guarantee
Where we promote a guarantee to pay a broker $1,000 if a term sheet we issue does not settle, that promotion is governed entirely by its own conditions, published at alphaconcapital.com.au/guarantee-terms. Those conditions set out what counts as a term sheet, who may claim, what is excluded, the cap that applies, and how and when a claim is paid. Marketing copy describing the guarantee is a summary only; the conditions prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in relation to any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site.
