After you hit send
What actually happens to your message.
A person reads it
No triage queue and no chatbot. Enquiries land with the same small credit team that prices the deals, in Sydney.
You get a straight answer
Within four business hours, and usually much sooner. If it is a scenario, you get an indicative position rather than a request for more forms.
The same person stays on it
Whoever answers you keeps the file from enquiry to settlement, so you are never re-explaining the deal to a new name.
Got a deal in front of you?
Don't write us a message. Send the deal.
Security, the number, the dates and the exit is the whole submission. It takes about a minute and it comes back with an indicative position the same business day.
Before you write
The questions we get most.
Do I have to be accredited to contact you?
No. Accreditation is free and takes about five minutes, but you can send a scenario or ask a question without it - and we will run the accreditation alongside your first deal if you want it.
What do you need to give me an indication?
A security address, an estimated value, the loan amount, the borrower entity and the purpose. That is enough for an indicative position - no application forms, no financials and no valuation at this stage.
Are you an NCCP lender?
No. Alphacon Capital lends only to companies and trusts registered with ASIC, for genuine commercial or investment purposes. This is not consumer credit and Alphacon does not hold an Australian Credit Licence.
How quickly can you settle?
Our fastest settlement is five business days from approval. Most sit at two to four weeks, depending on valuation and legal turnaround.
Do you charge early exit fees?
No discharge or exit fees apply on early repayment of eligible products. Notice periods vary, from as little as 14 days on Alphacon Bridge.
What is the risk fee?
A premium priced for elevated risk, since we do not have the benefit of lenders mortgage insurance. It applies on Alphacon Fast, Line, Reach and Second. Alphacon Bridge carries no risk fee, which is the single biggest saving between our products.
Will you look at a borrower with credit impairment?
Yes. Outside Alphacon Bridge we assess on the security and the exit rather than a credit score test, so a past bankruptcy, default or impairment does not rule a deal out on its own.
Does the client relationship stay mine?
Yes. We are a broker-only lender - we do not market to your client, we do not cross-sell them, and every renewal or extension comes back through you.
Still not answered?
Your deal deserves a decision-maker.
Security, the number, the dates and the exit - that is the whole submission. A light touch to send it, no call centres, a straight answer the same day.
