Why we exist
Built for the deals a bank cannot move on.
Alphacon Capital is the lending arm of Alphacon Advisory.
The best opportunities rarely wait for a bank's timeline. A settlement that cannot slip. A purchase that has to complete. Equity locked in bricks when it is needed as cash. These are exactly the moments a credit committee handles worst.
So we built the opposite. Institutional funding behind a private lender's speed and judgement: we look at the property and the plan, come back with an indicative position the same business day, and settle in days rather than months.
We lend $100,000 to $10 million against Australian property for genuine business purposes, to companies and trusts, through brokers. No queue, and no waiting on a committee date. Just capital, delivered properly, at the point it actually matters.

A person reads the deal. We assess the asset, the plan and the exit - so a regional postcode, a layered trust or a past default is a conversation, not an automatic decline.

Your client stays yours
We work mainly through brokers, and business owners can also come to us direct. On a deal you introduce, we do not market to your client, we do not cross-sell them, and every extension or renewal comes back through you.
Priced in the open
The rate card, the fee schedule and a plain-English risk fee, stated before you submit. No discharge or exit fee for repaying early on eligible products.

We were entrepreneurs before we were lenders, and we borrowed this way ourselves - so we know how it feels to wait on a decision somebody else is in no hurry to make.
What went wrong was rarely the deal. It was a lender who would not pick up, a term sheet that moved at settlement, and a broker left explaining both to their client. None of that is hard to fix. It is just easier not to.
So we built it high touch on purpose: a small team, a named person on every file, pricing published before you submit, and an answer the same day.
