Terms back today.
The borrower, the amount and the security is enough to get a position today. Everything else is optional - the more you tell us, the sharper the answer.

It lands with credit
Not a queue, not an inbox nobody owns. The person who reads it is the person who can approve it.
- 02
We come back with a position
Product, rate, LVR, term, fees and an indicative settlement date - the same business day, in writing.
- 03
You keep the client
We deal with your borrower on this transaction only. No cross-sell, no retention call, no going around you.
What it takes
Five things to get a price.
Nothing your client has to dig for.
All we need
- Security address, or the contract of sale
- Estimated market value
- Loan amount and the term you want
- Borrower name, company or trust
- What the money is for, and how it gets repaid
Not at this stage
- Application forms
- Financial statements
- Tax returns
- Payslips
- Consumer credit checks
We run commercial credit checks only. An enquiry here never touches your client’s personal credit file.
Paid on settlement day. Never clawed back.
You tell us your commission on the deal and we build it into the facility. It is disclosed on the letter of offer, paid the day the deal settles, and never taken back.
- Paid
- On settlement day
- Clawbacks
- None, ever
Broker FAQ
Questions, answered
Still need something specific? Call us on 1300 450 339 or email deals@alphaconcapital.com.au.
How do I submit a deal?
Use the submission form, email deals@alphaconcapital.com.au, or call 1300 450 339. A few sentences and a security address is enough to get moving.
How quickly will I get a response?
We commit to a first response within four business hours, and average around two. Indicative terms come back the same business day on a complete submission.
Why do you text me a code?
It keeps the deal desk clear of junk, so the submissions that are real get answered fast - and it means we can reach you the moment terms are ready. One code, at the start, and you are done for the rest of the form.
Will you contact my client directly?
Only about the transaction you sent us, and never around you. No cross-sell, no retention call, and we do not market to your client afterwards. The relationship is yours.
Do I need to be accredited?
Accreditation is encouraged but not required to submit your first deal. We can fast-track it alongside your first submission.
How does the $1,000 term sheet guarantee work?
If we issue you a term sheet and then withdraw it, re-trade it to your client’s detriment, or cannot settle by the date in it, we pay you $1,000. The only two exceptions are a valuation shortfall and an undisclosed credit issue. It is capped at $5,000 per broker and paid within ten business days of us accepting a claim. The full conditions set out what counts as a term sheet and how to claim.
What documents does my client need?
At the initial stage: security address, estimated value, loan amount, borrower name, and purpose. No application forms or financials.
Does my client need to prove income?
There is no serviceability test. Interest is prepaid from the advance or capitalised, and where servicing is proposed an accountant's letter is enough. No payslips, no tax returns, no two years of financials.
Will you sit behind an existing first mortgage?
Yes, on Alphacon Second - a second registered mortgage behind a first your client keeps, to 70% combined. It needs the first mortgagee's consent, so name the incumbent at submission and we start that on day one.
How fast can it settle?
Two to four weeks from credit approval is typical, and a clean file over metro security has settled in as little as five days. Tell us the date you are working to and we will tell you straight away whether it is realistic.
What if you issue a term sheet and the deal falls over?
We pay you $1,000. The only carve-outs are a valuation shortfall and an undisclosed credit issue.
Your deal deserves a decision-maker.
Security, the number, the dates and the exit - that is the whole submission. A light touch to send it, no call centres, a straight answer the same day.
