This product is designed for metro-located properties in capital cities and select surrounding areas. It requires no income documentation — borrowers self-declare their income, and we assess the deal primarily on the strength of the underlying property security. There is no minimum credit score requirement, which means borrowers who have been declined elsewhere can still access capital through Boost.
One of the standout features of Boost is the built-in auto-extension. If the loan reaches maturity and the borrower needs more time, the facility automatically extends rather than defaulting. This provides genuine breathing room and removes the cliff-edge risk that comes with many private lending products. No renegotiation, no penalty — it just rolls.
Boost supports first registered mortgages only, with loan sizes from $200,000 to $10,000,000 and terms from 6 to 24 months. For loans above $3M, security must be located in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
